Assistant Site Director

Job Summary:

The Assistant Site Director supports the Site Director in growing the youth swim team, the youth lessons groups, and private lesson program. The Assistant Site Director will lead one or more swim team training groups and assist in the training and direction of all swim instructors and coaches to ensure a high rate of retention.

Pay Range:

Min $18 Mid $21.50 Max $25

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Site Director to market and manage swim team programs and various child swim programs. Supervise and schedule site staff in accordance with the UVAC swim team and swim school programs. Attend swim meets as assigned by Site Director, including home (Claremont) and away meets across New England. Coach practices on deck 3-5 days per week. Respond in a timely manner to inquiries and requests from staff, parents, and swim lesson participants, including administration of student evaluations to place them in the appropriate class/session. Be available to coach all scheduled group lessons and swim team practices in the event of an unfilled absence of another instructor. Support and manage the online swim lesson registration process and ensure accurate and timely collection of all lesson fees. Back up for payroll processing for all CSBCC staff. Perform any other reasonably related task as assigned by CSBCC Site Director.
