. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Oversee cash register operations, including transactions and cash handling procedures. Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and training new employees. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively for sales transactions and inventory management. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional strategies to boost retail sales. Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store layout. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proven ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer concerns professionally. Strong leadership qualities with experience in shift management and team supervision. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
