Assistant Store Manager

Blue Hill, NE Pay:

$16.00/hour

Schedule:

Days, evenings and every other weekend required Minimum 45 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily store operations Coaching, supervising and motivating employees Assisting with inventory management and store organization Monitoring customer service and transactions Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment Supporting employee development and performance evaluations Leading by example and helping the team succeed each day

What We're Looking For:

All new hires must attend orientation on Mondays beginning at 9:30 AM in Hastings. Orientation lasts approximately 4 hours and employees should wear jeans, a shirt and closed-toed shoes.
