Assistant Store Manager (Assistant Store Leader) - Kwik Trip Kwik Trip is looking for self-driven people leaders to help drive store success and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily operations, lead a team, and help create a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment. What You'll Do Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service Train, coach, and develop coworkers Assist with daily store operations and lead in the Store Leader's absence Manage inventory, merchandising, and overall store appearance Work hands on with our food program to ensure food safety, quality, and company standards are met What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Passion for developing others and delivering great service Requirements Full-time availability 5a-11pm (primarily 2nd shift, 1-10pm, two weekends a month, and holidays) Ability to work 45-50 hours per week Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly Prior management / leadership experience Willingness to learn and work with food program Why Kwik Trip?
