Minimum Requirements:

1+ year of management experience. 3-5 years of retail experience. Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings and limited holidays. Must live within commuting distance to Pensacola Beach (no relocation assistance provided). Your Day as a Ron Jon Manager... Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic. Coach associates on product knowledge, salesmanship and customer engagement. Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team. Manage daily schedules, coverage and overall store operations. Ensure the store remains visually exciting, organized and guest-ready.
