Assistant Teacher

Come join our amazing team! St. John's CCDC is looking for a fun, loving, go getter Assistant Teacher to help in our infant through pre-k classrooms. This position could be part time or full time depending on your schedule. We offer full benefits for full time positions after 90 days including health, dental, 401k matching, childcare and continued education incentives. Responsibilities Assist in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment. Support the development and implementation of lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Foster effective communication with students and parents to promote engagement and understanding. Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with special education staff to support students with diverse learning requirements. Monitor student progress and behavior, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
