Assistant Teacher/Childcare Provider

LOLAs Early Care and Education Center is searching for qualified candidates for Assistant Teachers. Education preferred, experience working with children in some capacity (babysitting, child care, camp counselor, Sunday school, etc.) as well as a high school diploma required. Compensation reflects education and/or experience level. Support classroom activities and educational programs for toddlers and preschoolers. Monitor children's behavior and development, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and maintain classroom organization. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a supportive community.
