Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our dealership. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the sales department, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a high-performance environment. Your expertise in B2B (business-to-business) sales, high-end automobile sales, and retail operations will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and customer satisfaction. As a leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales excellence, you will motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including B2B and retail channels Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, ensuring consistent lead generation via cold calling, outbound sales, and marketing efforts Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation, upselling, and exceptional customer service Manage inventory control and dealership inventory to optimize product availability and profitability Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and refine sales tactics Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational skills to enhance team performance Facilitate public speaking engagements and dealership events to promote brand visibility and community engagement Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support high-end automobile sales Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth Requirements Proven experience in sales management within the automotive or retail industry with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, and outbound sales techniques Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software and retail math calculations Experience in dealership operations including inventory management and inventory control Outstanding communication skills demonstrated through public speaking, customer interactions, and team leadership Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as upselling strategies, inventory management, and customer service best practices Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Join us as we drive innovation in automotive retail!
