Job Description

Overview Established Montessori School in Bee Cave is looking to fill an Assistant Toddler guide position. You will be working with children between the ages of 18 months and 3 years of age. A willingness to learn about Montessori Philosophy and basic understanding of child development and milestones is helpful. Must have an incredible amount of patience and profound respect for meeting children's needs. Good interpersonal skills are necessary. The assistant should have the ability to work not only with children but closely with the Lead Guide and other staff members as well. A positive and open attitude toward all children is a requirement. Knowledge or experience in yoga, gardening, art, music or any other skills you'd like to share would be a huge plus! If you love children, we have the best staff, parents and children and would love for you to join our team. Must pass a background check. $18-19 an hour based on experience We are located in Austin, TX 78738.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
