Assistant Track Coach

Position Title:

Assistant Track Coach Job Description:

The Assistant Coach reports directly to the Director of Cross Country, Track & Field and is responsible for working, as directed, towards the execution of a successful Track & Field program. The program operates within the mission, philosophy, and objectives of the Director, Athletic Department, and University.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor program lifting sessions Assist in the training implementation of our vaulters Assist in meet day coaching and logistics Maintain practice performance logs for workouts and weightlifting Maintain an organized T&F Center, equipment storage facilities Home Competition Management Recruiting Minor Administrative support on any program administrative tasks Assist in issuing and organizing

Apparel, Practice, and Competition Equipment Job Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree required Successful coaching experience required Salary/Hours/Benefits $7,000 Salary, 12-month contract Part Time Tuition Remission Benefits.
