Key Responsibilities Support the Operations Manager in daily oversight and workflow optimization Coordinate staff scheduling for maximum coverage and productivity Monitor team performance, deliver feedback, and provide coaching Partner with departments to streamline processes and boost efficiency Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures Perform regular audits to maintain compliance Manage inventory and supply orders Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally Analyze data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Proven supervisory or management experience Strong leadership ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) - highly preferred and strongly desired Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) AI tools and skillset Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays
