JOB SUMMARY

Responsibility to assist the clients with personal care and related services as determined by the supervising RN, determine activities for the day for the residents, completes a structured activity program with the residents. We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and creative Activities Assistant to help make life brighter for the amazing seniors in our Assisted Living community. What You'll Be Doing Planning and leading fun daily activities, games, crafts, and events Encouraging residents to participate and helping everyone feel included Decorating for holidays, themed parties, and special celebrations Assisting with outings, entertainment, and community events Bringing positive energy, conversation, and laughter every day Helping create meaningful moments and lasting memories What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy working with seniors and genuinely care about people You're outgoing, patient, creative, and dependable You can lead a game of trivia like a game-show host Bonus points if you can sing, dance, craft, paint, or tell a great joke Experience in activities, recreation, customer service, or caregiving is a plus — but personality matters most! JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must demonstrate the ability and aptitude to provide care for the elderly. Must have adequate transportation. Must be able to complete assigned tasks without direct supervision. Must be able to work well with a team. Must be able to enjoy games, music and parties!
