Responsibilities:

• Medication management: preparing, administering, ordering of medication, documentation
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents: making resident beds, laundry, emptying trash
• Communicating professionally with residents, family members, and outside healthcare providers
• Uphold residents' rights and promote their independence and dignity
