Assisted Living Coordinator / Manager Complete Care at Christian Home | Waupun, WI Complete Care at Christian Home is a respected cornerstone of the Waupun community. We are deeply dedicated to enhancing lives through exceptional healthcare and genuine compassion. We are seeking a heart-led Assisted Living Coordinator / Manager to provide clinical oversight, regulatory leadership, and operational management for our RCAC and CBRF programs.
The Role:
Impact & Leadership The Assisted Living Coordinator / Manager ensures high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
Clinical Oversight:
Manage assessments, service plans (ISP), and medication coordination while monitoring residents for changes in condition.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing and caregiving staff. As the Assisted Living Coordinator / Manager , you will ensure appropriate staffing levels and provide hands-on support on the floor as needed.
Regulatory Excellence:
Act as the guardian of compliance for RCAC and CBRF operations, maintaining continuous survey readiness and conducting routine audits.
Operations:
Manage departmental budgets and supplies while building strong relationships with families and community healthcare partners.

Manager Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in an Assisted Living, RCAC, or CBRF setting.
Certification:
Current CBRF certifications required; active CNA license highly preferred.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
Clinical Skills:
