Patient Population:

Adult male; older patients with multiple comorbidities Job Requirements (Nurse Practitioner) Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (required) Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/provider (no new graduates) Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice strongly preferred Corrections experience (correctional healthcare) is ideal but not required Long-term care experience is a plus Responsibilities (Correctional Healthcare NP) Provide comprehensive primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Manage chronic conditions and multiple comorbidities in an adult population Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs; adjust treatment plans accordingly Prescribe medications and therapies within scope and in accordance with facility protocols Document care clearly and timely in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with facility staff to support continuity of care and appropriate follow-up to join a dedicated correctional healthcare team in Wisconsin and make an impact through high-quality patient care.
