Position Responsibilities:

As our health care team leader, the LVN or LPN will oversee the care of our residents and the caregiving team. The LVN or LPN documents notes of resident care and oversees medication management. Administering care including First Aid, medication, wound care, catheters, blood sugar monitoring, and taking vital signs Interface with doctors, pharmacists, and medical personnel as an advocate for the community's residents. Be mindful of resident safety, your safety, and the safety of your teammates. The above are just a few of the job responsibilities and do not encompass the entire role. Requirements of the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : Must be currently licensed as an LVN or LPN in the State of California. At least one year experience providing residential care to the elderly is preferred. Possess strong critical thinking skills and be a problem solver. First Aid training is required. Background check and English proficiency test is required. Successful candidate will be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
