Caregiver

Caregiver This is a Part Time or Per Diem position working on the AM/PM shift. Do you have a warm and compassionate spirit? You will enhance the lives of our memory care residents by assisting with activities of daily living and connecting with them in meaningful ways.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain each resident's dignity and personal safety.
• Engage residents in daily enriching activities such as singing, dancing and exercises.
• Provide patient and heart-felt companionship, supportive listening, and encouragement.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as: feeding, grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Report changes in health or status of residents to supervisor.
• Safety first is your motto.

As tasks are completed, you are mindful of resident safety, your safety, and the safety of your teammates.

Requirements:

• A compassionate heart.
• High school education or equivalent.
• First Aid training is required.
• Our residential communities are lively homelike environments with round-the-clock care; team members must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Background check and English proficiency test is required.
• Successful candidate will be authorized to work in the United States
• Prefer experience providing residential care to the elderly.

$19.00 - $22.50 per hour
