Position Overview:

As an attorney with Kheystone Legal, you will be responsible for managing all phases of representing clients, from client intake through settlement or trial.

Responsibilities:

While the attorney will be handling a wide range of cases, responsibilities will include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting pleadings and other legal documents
• Preparing for, and attending, court proceedings, depositions and settlement conferences
• Managing discovery and document production
• Collaborating with partners and support staff on case strategy and execution
• Initiating and maintaining client relationships and provide excellent client service

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia At least 1-5 years of litigation experience Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to professional growth and development
