Job Overview:

As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in handling a diverse caseload encompassing various legal areas such as estate planning and litigation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal research skills, proficiency in legal drafting, and a strong background in Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.\

Responsibilities:

  • \•Manage a varied caseload involving personal injury law, estate planning, and litigation matters•Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis databases•Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs•Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings•Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to formulate effective case strategies•Stay abreast of developments in the legal field, particularly in personal injury law and estate planning•Assist in client consultations and offer legal advice as necessary.

Requirements:

  • \•Juris Doctor (J.
D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the state bar(s) with good standing
  • Prior experience or knowledge of estate planning is advantageous.
