Job Description

Associate Attorney- Real Estate Litigation Our firm is focused on real estate and property law and we are seeking a 3-5 year Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join our team. We represent property owners, developers, condominium associations, investors, and businesses in a wide range of real estate matters including transactions, disputes, and regulatory proceedings. This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to handle complex property-related disputes in state courts and administrative forums. Responsibilities The Associate Attorney will work closely with the firm's attorneys on matters including: Real estate litigation and dispute resolution Condominium and homeowners' association disputes Property tax appeals before local administrative bodies Construction and builder/developer disputes, including mechanics lien matters Commercial and residential real estate transaction support Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Court appearances, hearings, and depositions Client counseling and case strategy Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the applicable state bar 3-5 years of litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Experience drafting motions and managing discovery Experience in real estate litigation Experience with property tax appeals, condominium law, construction disputes, or real estate transactions Practice Areas The firm focuses on property-related legal matters including: Residential real estate transactions Commercial real estate transactions Real estate litigation Property tax appeals Builder and developer services Condominium and association law
