- Full-time Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established, small DSO.
Job Details:
Need is for 2 full time Dentists- Be able to have colleague support but work independently 5 day work week Major

Outdoor lovers' paradise. Duties Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Execute oral surgeries such as dental extractions and manage post-operative care with precision. Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient and staff safety in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Use advanced dental imaging technology to diagnose conditions effectively and plan treatments accordingly. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain detailed medical records and document all procedures accurately in compliance with medical documentation standards. Stay current with developments in pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), and other specialties to provide comprehensive care. Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA privacy standards, while delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements Dental degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on patient care and assessment. Proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms for scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and providing care for pediatric patients is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages. Ability to work efficiently within a team environment practicing four-handed dentistry techniques. Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.Pay:
