ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Associate Dentist — Established Long Island Group Practice (Mineola / Plainview) We are an established, doctor-owned dental group with two thriving locations on Long Island and we're looking for an associate dentist to grow with us. Whether you're a few years out of school and ready to scale your production, or an experienced GP looking for a practice that will actually support you, we'd love to talk. This is a real opportunity — not a chair to fill. We have a strong, loyal patient base, modern technology, and the operational and marketing infrastructure to keep your schedule full. What you'll do: Provide comprehensive general dentistry — diagnostics, restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, and basic endo Build long-term patient relationships through clear communication and excellent clinical care Work alongside experienced hygienists and assistants in a well-run, well-equipped practice Collaborate with the owner-doctor and clinical team on patient care and case planning

Qualifications:
