Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, ensuring their oral health needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Provide a wide range of general dentistry services such as dental cleanings, restorations, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and endodontics. Conduct oral surgery procedures with precision while maintaining strict aseptic technique and infection control protocols. Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their needs and educate them on oral health maintenance. Ensure accurate medical documentation by recording detailed notes on procedures performed and patient responses. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control standards and safety guidelines. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, dental fabrication techniques, and medical terminology to enhance patient care quality. Assist in training or mentoring new team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or office setting with familiarity in general dentistry procedures. Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control protocols, and HIPAA compliance standards. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles is a plus for effectively serving younger patients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
