Assist and support the Senior Pastor to lead the church ministry. Alongside Senior Pastor, deliver sermons and worship services. Serve as Worship Leader to prepare, organize, and oversee Sunday worship services. Manage worship services, ensuring the smooth delivery of Sunday worship services. Lead Bible study groups and activities. Provide pastoral care for the church members and assist in managing their needs. Provide spiritual counseling and guidance, home and hospital visits, and maintain close communication and nurture relationships. Plan and organize church events, including handling the execution of these events for occasions such as Christmas, Weddings, Baptisms, Easter and Thanksgiving. Teach Christian doctrines and the Bible to congregation, guiding members to gain understanding of the Scripture. Spread evangelism and fellowship. Provide overall effective administration.
