We are a private practice with deep roots in the Plainville community — proudly serving families for over 40 years. Our team is close-knit, our staff has been with us for years, and we take great pride in the care and relationships we build with every patient and family who walks through our door. About our practice Located at 16 Washington Street in Plainville, MA, we are a privately owned practice offering both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics under one roof. This interdisciplinary model allows our team to collaborate closely and deliver comprehensive, long-term care for our patients. We work with premier insurance plans, which means a manageable, quality-focused patient load — so you can spend real time with each child and family rather than feeling rushed. Our dedicated hygienists handle all routine hygiene visits, so you can stay focused entirely on diagnosis, treatment, and building meaningful relationships with your patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, restorations, extractions, and preventive treatments Administer and monitor Nitrous Oxide sedation to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for young patients Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with our in-house Orthodontic team to coordinate interdisciplinary care and treatment timing Build genuine, trusting relationships with patients and their families through clear, compassionate communication Guide and educate parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and their child's dental development Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with all applicable regulations Contribute positively to the team culture and uphold the warm, welcoming standard our practice is known for Skills DMD or DDS with a completed Pediatric Dentistry residency (or in progress) Board certified or board eligible Comfortable with Nitrous Oxide sedation administration A warm, patient, and genuinely kid-friendly chairside manner Strong communication skills with children, parents, and teammates alike High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset Experience in private pediatric practice preferred — new graduates encouraged to apply
