3 days Onsite 2 days remote We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Production Planner to join a leading fashion and apparel organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in supply chain, production planning, and order management within the fashion industry. You will support end-to-end production planning and order tracking processes, ensuring timely execution and accurate data management across systems and teams. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end order management and production planning Assist in creating, updating, and tracking purchase orders Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines Maintain accurate data in

SAP / ERP

/ Mainframe systems Assist in order reporting, audits, and documentation Track order status and support issue resolution Coordinate with internal teams and offshore support teams Help manage delivery delays, order changes, and escalations Prepare reports using Excel (basic to intermediate level) We are open to Recent graduates Interns or trainees in supply chain, operations, or fashion industry Education Background Preferred Fashion Merchandising / Fashion Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations / Industrial Engineering Retail Management or related fields Required Skills Strong interest in fashion/apparel industry Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn

systems Nice to Have Internship experience in apparel, retail, or supply chain Exposure to production planning or order management Basic understanding of ERP systems
