1977 Overview Tekberry is seeking an Associate Sales Administrator to support our client, Moog, a global leader in precision motion control solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This role supports the customer service and sales function by managing customer accounts, processing quotes and orders, and coordinating across internal teams in a fast-paced, technical environment. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Support Interface with new and existing customer accounts to respond to inquiries Support management of customer accounts and maintain strong relationships Collaborate with internal teams and field sales personnel Order & Quote Processing Enter, manage, and track quotes and sales orders Ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer requests Assist with complex contracts and technical product orders Data & Reporting Collect and analyze data for internal and external reporting Prepare reports and documentation for business needs Maintain accurate records within internal systems Cross-Functional Coordination Attend scheduled meetings and support customer support initiatives Interface with engineering, operations, and customer service teams Support overall business and customer service operations Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Preferred Skills Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Background in customer service, sales support, or order management Experience working with technical products or in manufacturing environments We need hard-working, reliable employees.
