Associate Sales Administrator

Associate Sales Administrator $30 - $32/hour 12 Month Contract / Contract to Hire Full-Time / 1st Shift Position Overview We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate Sales Administrator to support customer accounts and sales operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, organization, and customer interaction , while supporting complex products across military, aerospace, industrial, and commercial markets . Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support Prepare, enter, and manage quotes and sales orders with accuracy Support the management of customer accounts and maintain strong relationships Participate in scheduled meetings and account reviews Collect data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with sales teams, internal departments, and customers to support sales operations Assist with administration of contracts and technical product orders Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on all requests Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with strong data entry and administrative accuracy Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Background in sales support, customer service, or order management Experience working with technical products or contract-based sales (aerospace, defense, industrial, etc.) Work Environment Collaborative, team-oriented setting High-paced environment requiring strong prioritization and attention to detail Frequent interaction with internal teams, sales staff, and customers Why Apply?
