Part-Time with the option of growing to full time
Schedule:
Flexible TBD Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate associate-level Primary Therapist to join our outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. This role is ideal for clinicians working toward independent licensure who are seeking high-quality supervision and experience treating substance use and co-occurring disorders. The Primary Therapist will provide clinical services under supervision, including assessment, treatment planning, and individual/group therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with diagnostic formulation Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ASAM criteria Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Provide psychoeducation on addiction, relapse prevention, and coping skills Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical supervisor and interdisciplinary treatment team Participate in case consultation, staffing, and supervision Assist with discharge planning and aftercare coordination Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Montana candidate/associate license (LCPC Candidate, SWLC, MFT Candidate, etc.) Ability to obtain and maintain supervision contract Experience Preferred Qualifications Experience or strong interest in substance use and co-occurring disorders Knowledge of ASAM criteria and trauma-informed care Training or exposure to evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI) Experience in outpatient or IOP settings
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
