Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) $68 an hour in Rosebud SD

Job Summary - Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) $68/hr - Rosebud, SD We are seeking a qualified Lab Technician to provide comprehensive laboratory/phlebotomist services in a hospital and clinic setting in Rosebud, South Dakota. The tech will perform routine to highly complex laboratory testing, phlebotomy procedures, quality control, equipment maintenance, and patient specimen collection while ensuring compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, and JCAHO standards. Responsibilities include operating high-complexity laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting during emergency situations, and supporting laboratory coverage during staffing shortages or leave periods. This position requires flexibility to work rotating laboratory schedules with ±12-hour shifts based on departmental needs. The facility provides inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, obstetrical, behavioral health, surgical, and public health services.
