  • Part-time, Full-time Sandstone Psychology is looking for well-trained and passionate mental health professionals (counselors, social workers, and therapists) to join our dynamic team.
Our clinic seeks to be a premier place to work, develop professionally, and provide dynamic and impactful mental health services. We focus on being in-step with the needs of the communities where we serve, and our primary mission is to take high quality mental health services to rural and underserved areas of Utah. Our providers enjoy autonomy as they engage in their strengths and preferences of treatment modalities (individual therapy, child therapy, couples and family therapy, group therapy, psychological testing, supervision, outreach opportunities, etc.). We offer daytime and evening hours, along with teletherapy options.
Therapist Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical interviews with new clients Conduct psychotherapy with a diverse range of clients Keep detailed case notes in accordance with Utah State Law and professional ethical guidelines Effectively manage a caseload while maintaining an adequate life balance/self-care Stay current/up to date with continuing education and licensure requirements Engage in consultations/collaborate with other providers Participate and contribute during team meetings Engage in projects meant to improve service-delivery and other important areas of clinical work.
Required Education and Work Experience:
Doctorate or Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related fields (required) Fully licensed providers with 2 or more years of experience (preferred) Licensed with some work experience (preferred) Sandstone Psychology will provide: Premium office space Exceptional office support Complete billing and scheduling services/support Credentialing for insurance panels Regular referrals A warm, fun, inclusive, and inviting culture Assistance with marketing areas of expertise/interest within the practice and community
  • Compensation is competitive, negotiable, and contingent upon level of experience, areas of expertise, and community/clinic need.
