Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners to identify roofing damage and service needs Conduct roof inspections and document findings Present value-driven roofing solutions and explain the restoration process Guide homeowners through insurance-related questions when applicable Participate in weekly training and skill development sessions What you need to be successful: Competitive mindset and strong work ethic Coachable and open to direct feedback Comfortable talking with homeowners daily Self-discipline and accountability Ability to stay positive and focused under pressure At 1st Priority Roofing, leadership is built through production and consistency. $8,000•$15,000 per month
