AT&T Agent:

The AT&T Agent plays an important role in identifying leads and potential customers, initiating conversations in person, building rapport, and prompting them to acquire our clients' products and services. Increase brand recognition by boosting presence and visibility in the assigned area through a combination of energized campaign delivery with professional standards. Develop sales and marketing plans custom to the result of each campaign's analysis with market trends, new sales techniques, or feedback from customers. Work closely with brands and other AT&T Agents to create dynamic strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals. Ensure positive brand image by upholding a strong ethic that values integrity and trust. Further develop your negotiation skills and readiness by utilizing our company's hands-on coaching and development resources. Maintain mutual respect with other team members, keeping a high-energy and positive work environment that celebrates wins together. What We're Looking for the

Ideal AT&T Agent:

The AT&T Agent does not require professional sales experience but having training in marketing, business, or communications is a bonus. Basic understanding of telecommunication products or use of computer systems. Values integrity and team work.
