Job Description
As South Texas Brand Collective continues to expand, we're looking for a personable and motivated individual to join our team as an AT&T Customer Representative. In this entry-level, customer-facing role, you'll interact directly with customers to provide information about AT&T products and services, answer questions, and assist individuals in selecting solutions that align with their needs and preferences. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and continued support to help foster success, so prior experience is not required. Candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with people are encouraged to apply. AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities Assist customers with understanding AT&T products and services, including wireless, internet, and TV options Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Deliver professional and helpful customer service during every interaction Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner Represent the company and brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Stay informed on current AT&T services, promotions, and offerings Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity Qualifications of an AT&T Customer Representative High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and approachable attitude Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required Reliable transportation preferred Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay:
