Job Description

Human Resources Generalist Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support and manage daily HR operations. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and training. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and experienced in HR systems and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates Conduct new-hire onboarding, including I-9 verification and E-Verify processing Administer employee orientation programs and support performance evaluations Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including validation of timekeeping data and deductions Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, strong communication, and conflict resolution skills Prepare and analyze HR KPI reports for leadership to support decision-making and succession planning Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in systems such as Paycom, Paychex, or Dayforce Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom, Paychex, Dayforce, or similar) Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
