The AT&T Enrollment Associate guides them through an easy enrollment, answers questions without the technicalities, and coordinates installation. Responsibilities of the AT&T Enrollment Associate Engage customers face‑to‑face in sales conversations about upgrading to AT&T Fiber through quick enrollment steps. Break down fiber advantages in everyday language that support smooth sales and enrollment discussions. Assist customers with enrollment forms and coordinate installation scheduling on the spot. Follow up with prospects to confirm sales appointments and complete pending enrollments. Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales numbers, and enrollment progress. Coordinate with AT&T Enrollment Associates to ensure accurate customer information and installation readiness. Qualifications of the AT&T Enrollment Associate No sales or enrollment experience necessary. Basic organizational ability to manage leads, notes, and daily enrollment updates. Willingness to learn sales and enrollment techniques through hands‑on training. Reliable, punctual, and able to work sales routes consistently.
