Full Job Description Overview:

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and orders
• Conduct sales transactions and handle cash with accuracy
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Upsell additional items to enhance customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Multilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus for assisting diverse customers

Experience:

• Prior experience in retail, technology sales, appliance sales, or grocery store environment is beneficial
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
