By having a free flow of information between our clients and our teams, we develop a deep understanding of where our clients want to be shortly and how we can advance their technology preferences. We are seeking an AT&T Sales Agent who will gain an outstanding amount of knowledge in the telecommunications field to answer potential customer questions, troubleshoot topics, and suggest alternative service options. AT&T Sales Agent:
Build a positive image and representation of the client brand by providing informative customer service before, during, and after the sales process Use communication and engagement strategies to secure new customers, achieve outreach goals, and complete sales metrics Develop an understanding of the market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products Work with the sales team and other AT&T Sales Agents to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the customers Utilize entry-level training on sales, customer service, client expectations, and business metrics to generate new opportunities for the client successfully Analyze sales results to identify patterns, track market preferences, and better assist customer service and marketing strategies alongside the AT&T Sales Agent department Qualifications for a
Successful AT&T Sales Agent:
A high school diploma or equivalency Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is encouraged Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of our client's services during sales orders Reliability in time management to follow schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other
