AT&T Sales Associate

Global Recourses is hiring an AT&T Sales Associate in Indianapolis to support sales and customer acquisition efforts for our company. This AT&T Sales Associate position is an entry-level role where you will be trained in sales, product knowledge & strategy, customer engagement, and all of AT&T's products and services to be able to work with customers in retail environments. In this AT&T Sales Associate role, you will work directly with customers in a retail environment, building relationships and driving in-store sales performance. You will engage with customers face-to-face, assess their needs, recommend AT&T products and bundled solutions, and guide them through the entire sales process from initial interaction to service activation.

AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Support sales and customer questions by promoting AT&T wireless and bundled services Engage with customers in store to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions Assist with account setup, service activations, and onboarding Track customer interactions and sales activity Keeping working environment clean and professional to be approachable for customers Provide feedback to help refine outreach and messaging

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:

Background in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Detail-oriented and time management skills Comfortable working in a retail store

AT&T Sales Associate Overview:

This position is a full-time employment position in Indianapolis, IN . This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focused role with customers in a retail setting.

Pay:

On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee and has an average weekly paycheck starting at $1,000 - $1,400 based on an hourly wage and commission
