As our organization continues to expand, the AT&T Sales Representative will play a vital role in driving sales performance, improving client partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This full-time position offers the opportunity to take ownership of our local market while developing strong leadership and business management skills. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will oversee daily sales operations, handle customer escalations, manage promotions and pricing strategies, and foster lasting relationships with both clients and customers. The AT&T Sales Representative position is best suited for a professional who is driven, adaptable, and passionate about exceeding goals. AT&T Sales Representative Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to grow customer accounts monthly through strategic sales initiatives and consistent performance improvement. Oversee customer service standards, manage pricing adjustments, coordinate promotions, and identify opportunities for product expansion. Communicate effectively with customers, fellow AT&T Sales Representatives, and management to maintain clear alignment and operational efficiency. Monitor local business activity to stay ahead of competitor trends and sales tactics. Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to support long-term success. Utilize and optimize existing sales systems to enhance the overall performance of the team. Assist in planning and implementing departmental initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth office operations. AT&T Sales Representative Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as an AT&T Sales Representative or in customer service, sales, or management roles. A self-starter with strong leadership skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse personalities.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
