Job Description

We are looking for a AT&T Team Member who is customer-centric, driven, and looking to take on a new challenge to join our team. As the AT&T Team Member you will work with customers to support them on their service inquiries and be equipped with the knowledge to process their orders. Our primary goal is to spread wireless, internet, and telecommunication awareness by educating consumers, and facilitating new customer acquisition. The ideal AT&T Team Member will use their top-notch communication skills to effectively complete our companies goals. AT&T Team Member:
Work closely with team in order to learn proper customer service and sales techniques, how to interact with customers, and master all product knowledge Participate in training in order to fully understand the ins and outs of the entry level role Meet with customers with the goal of building relationships, educating on products and services, and closing sales when necessary Learn and understand the full sales cycle and be able to complete it while following all client compliance guidelines Keep a customer record of all interactions and be sure to report back to our client with these results in order to ensure customer records are constantly updated Network and trade tips ad tricks with other AT&T Wireless Team Member and team members to ensure that the team is consistently moving towards the goal Help to teach and train other members of the sales & customer service team that may be struggling Requirements of the
AT&T Wireless Team Member:
Prior experience working in a sales, customer service, support or similar role is a bonus but not required for this role Passion for working with people, both internally and externally within our team and with customers Driven and someone who doesn't like to settle for themselves, someone who is constantly looking to push the envelope Being a self-starter and not needing to be micromanaged will make a candidate stand out to us
