Full Job Description About Us:
NC Enterprises is an authorized AT&T partner specializing in wireless products, services, and in-store support. Our team focuses on delivering helpful, reliable customer service and ensuring shoppers find the technology solutions that fit their needs.
Position Summary:
We're looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals to join our sales team as AT&T Team Member. In this role, you'll guide customers through AT&T device and service options, recommend relevant accessories, and support them throughout the buying process to ensure a positive retail experience.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership to oversee daily store operations and help maintain an efficient, goal-oriented environment. Actively participate on the sales floor by assisting shoppers, showcasing products, and demonstrating strong customer service habits. Support the development of team members by helping with training, coaching, and motivation. Take part in sales initiatives, in-store promotions, and local marketing activities. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner to help build loyalty and repeat visits. Assist with upholding visual standards and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
Some college education or an associate degree is preferred but not required. Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a leadership-focused role is a plus. Clear communicator with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset. Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve problems independently. Reliable, driven, and comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
