Job Description

Our client is an established eight-attorney law firm based in Montgomery County. We are a statewide practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our team. Client concentrates in litigation defense, civil rights, and public school law, representing a diverse range of clients across the state.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful and complex cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and take an active role in case strategy and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload involving litigation defense, civil rights, and public school law matters Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and mediations Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials Assist with trial preparation and strategy development Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Litigation experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
