Job Description

The Field Logistics Coordinator role is primarily responsible for assisting with the planning and coordinating of new program launches for various impulse clip strip programs. This position will work with field leadership, vendor partners, and customers in order to create daily set team schedules and facilitate set teams' travel arrangements, including their transportation, accommodations, and reimbursements. This role requires a highly skilled communicator and innate problem solver; someone who is organized and can operate independently to meet deadlines. This position will require some travel, particularly during new regional launches in order to actively assist with redirecting assets as challenges arise. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily schedules, work assignments, and travel logistics for Jacent installation teams across multiple markets and program launches, ensuring optimal staffing coverage, efficient routing, and timely execution of all installation activities.
Plan, book, and oversee all travel arrangements for field team members, including transportation, lodging, rental vehicles, and related reimbursements, while maintaining compliance with company travel policies and budget expectations.
Partner closely with field leadership, vendor partners, customers, and cross-functional internal teams to support the successful execution of new impulse clip strip program launches and ongoing merchandising initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules, installation timelines, deployment plans, and field updates to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout each phase of a launch.
Serve as the primary point of contact for field team members, supervisors, store personnel, and external partners during installations, providing timely communication, operational support, and issue resolution.
Monitor daily field activity, team productivity, project progress, and installation quality through ongoing communication, reporting, and follow-up, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to client expectations.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve in-store, scheduling, travel, staffing, or operational issues by assessing priorities, coordinating resources, and redirecting personnel or assets as needed to minimize disruption and maintain project timelines.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, store personnel, vendors, and internal teams through professional communication, responsiveness, and a customer-focused approach.
Ensure all installation activities, travel processes, and field operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, safety standards, client requirements, and operational procedures.
Analyze field feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, enhanced team performance, and improved customer satisfaction.
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to organize and communicate efficiently with teams across all levels of the organization

Comfortable working independently and supporting remote teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple locations and team members
Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes
Dependable and able to meet deadlines consistently Experience and Credentials High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
Must be 18 or older
1 to 2 years previous merchandising, grocery, or retail sales experience preferred
Prior experience leading teams, supervising field staff, or coordinating projects preferred
Must have and use reliable transportation Must possess and produce a valid state driver's license with proof of current automobile insurance coverage, unless utilizing other means of transportation Must have access to and be able to use a smartphone capable of running and using the required applicable company-related software programs and business tasks like ordering, GPS tracking, and time recording.
Must be computer literate and able to operate a smartphone or tablet utilizing different applications and the internet for company business, like ordering GPS tracking, and time recording
Ability to read, speak, and understand English is required
