Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Civil Litigation in Connecticut, CTAn established firm with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite in Connecticut, CT. This role focuses on civil litigation, including defense-side matters, insurance defense, and employment law, offering the opportunity to handle high-stakes cases while collaborating with seasoned litigators in a professional and advocacy-driven environment.

Salary range: $120,000-$150,000+ contingent on experienceMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401k
Qualifications:
Admission to practice law in ConnecticutAt least three years of civil litigation experienceDefense-side civil litigation experience is preferredPrior exposure to insurance defense matters is preferredExperience handling employment law matters is preferredStrong written and oral advocacy skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionRepresent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedingsConduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documentsProvide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of litigation issuesCollaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategy and litigation plans
