Qualifications:

5+ years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation experience Experience handling complex litigation involving medical records, experts, and causation issues Strong legal writing skills with experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions Comfort working with expert witnesses, including physicians and medical specialists Technically proficient and comfortable working in a fully digital case environment Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating closely with senior trial attorneys

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned medical malpractice matters through discovery, expert development, and resolution Review and analyze complex medical records and coordinate with medical experts Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and motion practice Assist senior trial attorneys on high-value catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases Participate in depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings Leverage firm technology and AI-driven tools to organize evidence, analyze case data, and streamline litigation workflows Maintain detailed and fully digital case files while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
