Description Job Summary:

Assist Human Service workers (1-4) with applications including interviewing customers face-to-face or by telephone, screening customers for Programs and performing non-eligibility system changes. Responsibilities Utilizing DSS computer systems to obtain and enter customer information. Communicate with customers (written and verbal) Pre-screen customers for eligibility. Request and Review document from customers. Prepare Case files for eligibility determination. Please be advised, all Monmouth County positions are on site. There are no provisions for work remotely.
