Attorney - Workers Compensation

Workers Compensation Attorney - Full-Time We are a statewide workers compensation claimants firm committed to advocating for injured and disabled workers. We are seeking a compassionate Attorney to join our team and represent individuals navigating the challenges of workplace injuries. This is a full-time position with flexibility regarding which of our offices you work out of. You will receive training in Workers Compensation law and work alongside experienced Workers Compensation Attorneys and staff. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience taking testimony, conducting depositions, managing a case load and negotiating settlements

Qualifications:

Admitted to the New York State Bar or currently awaiting admission Prior experience handling workers compensation cases preferred A strong sense of empathy and the ability to relate to the struggles of injured and disabled workers
