Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to support a long-term contract document review engagement based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed attorney who can assess large volumes of legal materials with accuracy, sound judgment, and consistent attention to detail. The assignment will begin with on-site work in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and may continue remotely as project needs evolve.

Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and categorize legal documents to support case and investigation needs. Identify relevant, privileged, and sensitive materials while applying established review guidelines. Maintain accuracy and consistency when evaluating high-volume document sets under project deadlines. Use document review platforms, including GoldFynch when applicable, to manage and code records efficiently. Collaborate with legal teams to escalate unusual findings, resolve review questions, and ensure alignment on scope. Track progress and follow quality control procedures to support defensible and well-documented review outcomes Requirements Active license to practice law in good standing. At least 2 years of legal experience. Prior experience with document review in a law firm, corporate legal department, or review project setting. Familiarity with electronic discovery tools; experience with GoldFynch is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make consistent, well-reasoned decisions. Ability to work on-site at the start of the engagement in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with flexibility for remote work later. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
