Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a contract legal specialist to provide hands-on support to a fast-paced litigation team in Pasadena, California. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney or experienced paralegal who can keep case materials organized, contribute to trial readiness, and assist with active matters in commercial, insurance, and employment disputes. The position involves close coordination with counsel on defense-oriented cases pending in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintain organized trial materials, including exhibit sets, hearing documents, and case binders for upcoming proceedings.
• Prepare and support written discovery efforts by helping draft responses, reviewing requests, and coordinating subpoena-related documentation.
• Partner with attorneys on trial preparation tasks such as document analysis, court filing support, and case logistics.
• Track key litigation dates and keep pleadings, correspondence, and supporting records current and accessible.
• Review and organize case documents to help ensure matters are fully prepared for hearings, depositions, and trial activity.
• Provide day-to-day litigation support across defense matters involving commercial, insurance, and employment claims.
